Holding a Mentoring Forming Ceremony
Apr 9th(Thu), 2009, OPCO held a Mentoring Forming Ceremony in conference room of headquarters with 58 staffs included Executive Director, Mr. Park, 5 executives and 53 mentors & mentees.
It was held for new staffs to be easy to accustom into their work and to know company’s vision & values. It was started on 9:40 with a greeting of the Chief of Planning & Coordination Office and introduced mentoring system, after that they had a swearing-in ceremony with representative’s oath, group meeting, lecture etc
This mentoring for 9 months is going to hold a personal interview every month, and have a meeting with the person in charge every 2 months, in addition, in-outside activities will be held for promoting friendship. After all of the activities, they’ll give incentive to the best couple through evaluation on each parts.
Mentoring is a kind of human relationship that mentor and mentee enter into a relation with clear purpose and intention. Mentor will get new knowledge and readership skill, on the other hand, mentee also will get a lot of abilities such as confidence in company life, knowhow and expert knowledge on one’s task
