Participating in the international exhibition “Maritime Vietnam 2009”

ORIENTAL participated the international exhibition “Maritime Vietnam 2009(2^nd)” that was held in Ho Chi Minh City for 3 days from Feb 25^th to 27^th, so that ORIENTAL was given wide publicity with about 350 companies from 20 countries.

During this exhibition, Vietnam got a lot of passionate concern from various countries as like improving that Vietnam is a kind of growing country on shipbuilding. Especially, ORIENTAL established its corporation in Natrang Vietnam to manufacture deck house for HVS(Hyundai Vinashin), so that ORIENTAL promoted its corporation in Vietnam & products.

ORIENTAL gave wide publicity its brand & products through various publicity activities during the exhibition, and made opportunities to build up the global sales skill through the meetings with buyers & ship owners from various countries. Besides, it could make sure the possibility about advancing into Vietnam through understanding the domestic market

ORIENTAL will do its best to be global ORIENTAL with sales growth & profitability improvement by ensuring various customers in the Southeast Asia includes Vietnam. 

Vietnam has lots of shipyards around Vinashin Group as a national shipyard along by over 3,260km coastline, and it made that promoting shipbuilding industry is the most important policy in Vietnam, at the same time, it set a goal that Vietnam would be the 4^th shipbuilding country in the world until 2015.
