The opening ceremony of 2009 in OPCO

Oriental Precision & Engineering (“OPCO”)  held the opening ceremony of 2009 with 1,500 people that include President Suh, all of staffs in-
house and the staffs of outsourcing company in the 1st factory of Jinhae division on Jan. 5. 2009.

President Suh thanked for the hard work which all of staffs achieved the highest sale since the foundation

of Oriental in spite of the financial crisis and economy depression last year. President Suh emphasized

that our company had to achieve the sale of 500 billion Won and the export of 200 million US Dollar with
our harmony in 2009. In addition, he determined on our management policy as “2009 is the year of
providing against the extreme change” for stable management against the change of management
circumstance. At the same time, he emphasized that our company would be born again as a “The best
master in shipbuilding & marine” through a campaign of saving cost and cooperation between labor and
management.

On the other hand, a ceremony of awarding prizes was held for compliment to our staffs about achievements
with a greeting the New year.

Finally, All of staffs prayed 2009 would be a year which has no disaster with a powerful shout and then
finished the opening ceremony of 2009.
