OPCO enters Nor-Shipping 2011
Oriental Precision & Engineering (“OPCO”) has participated in Nor-Shipping 2011 for fourdays from May 24 in Norway Trade Fairs in Oslo, Norway, to meet many overseas marine and shipping companies and promote OPCO’s products.
Nor-Shipping is one of the three biggest marine and shipbuilding exhibitions, including the SMM exhihbition in Germany and the Posidonia Exhibition in Greece. 1,090 ship companies and shipbuilders from 43 countries including Korea, Germany, Denmark, UK, Japan, and China participated in the exhibition this year to showcase the latest in shipbuilding technology.
OPCO’s booth was in Hall D along with many other shipping companies and shipbuilders around the world, to demonstrate and market the company’s products for the European clients.
As OPCO expects the market demand for offshore plants and specialty vessels will rise steadily, the OPCO representatives paid extra efforts to promote the company’s offshore supply vessels and the accommodation work barges, and the history and technology of OPCO in constructing these vessels. OPCO’s cranes, deck machineries, and other machineries were introduced at the show and promoted.
To build and improve great client relationships OPCO began to participate in Europe’s three largest marine shows from last year, and it is working diligently to make this effort come to fruition in the future.
